THE FUND FOR LIBERTY AND JUSTICE
The Fund for Liberty and Justice (FLJ) is a registered American non-profit charity as defined and certified under section 501c3 of the US IRS code. We began on the ground in Ukraine on March 13, 2022 – 17 days after the start of Russia’s illegal invasion — and have been the dominant presence in the supply and delivery service to international and Ukrainian soldiers and civilians ever since.
FLJ was started by Joseph Bianculli, a former UN staff member, and Franz Shoaf, a veteran of the US Special Forces for 23 years. Joseph and Franz are now supported by a robust cadre of international volunteers comprising a small army of subject matter experts. These include men and women with expertise in international logistics support, medical care, water purification, security, mobility, legal, culture, linguistics, and finance spread across 3 continents. The entire organization is comprised of unpaid volunteers. 100% of donated funds are devoted to purchasing goods and services that support front line troops fighting for the liberation of Ukraine. 100%!
From across the globe, they have come.
Answering the call to protect a sovereign nation and a proud people against the onslaught of tyranny. Against the brutality of a mad dictator . Against evil incarnate.
Some will dedicate their liberty and their lives in this battle of civilization versus darkness.
All have come to know the cost and the horrors of this unmitigated disaster in our generation’s most important conflict.
We must show them they are not alone.
Our purpose is to support all those on the front line, including our brave brothers from Ukraine who are fighting to defend Liberty and Justice. At The Fund for Liberty and Justice, we provide essential medical supplies to these troops, enabling them to stay healthy and effective in the battle space. We believe that our support can help them hold the line, ensuring that we can all rest comfortably at night.
We are one of the few organizations that not only supply through our generous donors the requirements of these men,
we are unique in that we deliver to the end user – from our hands into their hands – to ensure that the goods go directly to the soldier.
