About Us
The Fund for Liberty and Justice is an American charitable foundation. We began on the ground in Ukraine March 13, 2022 and have been the dominant presence in the supply and delivery service to international volunteers ever since.
Started by Joseph Bianculli, a former UN staff member and contractor & specialist in business solutions in conflict zones; and Franz Shoaf, USSG Group for 23 years.
Our purpose is to support all those on the front line, including our brave brothers from Ukraine who are fighting to defend Liberty and Justice. At The Fund for Liberty and Justice, we provide essential medical supplies to these troops, enabling them to stay healthy and effective in the battle space. We believe that our support can help them hold the line, ensuring that we can all rest comfortably at night.
